Beyond the mist, behind the label

About The Glen

Half Baked CBD is a small Scottish maker with muddy boots, careful hands and a suspiciously organised clan of tiny blue quality inspectors.

Follow the old path

A small-batch tale

Made in Scotland.
Dreamed up in the Glen.

Half Baked began with a simple idea: make thoughtful CBD products by hand, keep the ingredients understandable and wrap the whole thing in a story that does not take itself too seriously.

The Hidden Glen is our imagined home, inspired by Scotland’s wild hills, old remedies, stubborn weather and the kind of characters who would absolutely argue with a kettle. It gives every oil, balm and bath bomb a wee world to belong to.

Behind the folklore is a real commitment to careful making, honest descriptions and products designed to fit naturally into everyday rituals. No miracle tales. No mystical trumpet fanfare. Just good craft, clearly explained.

The Glen Code

Four rules, carved into oak and repeatedly corrected by Angus.

01

Made by Hand

We favour attentive, small-batch making over anonymous conveyor-belt wizardry.

02

Purposeful Ingredients

Every ingredient should earn its place and be described in plain, human language.

03

Honest Words

We keep claims sensible, labels readable and the grand prophecies in the storybook.

04

Less Unnecessary Stuff

Thoughtful packaging, practical choices and no decorative boulder where a pebble will do.

How a Batch Leaves the Glen

The exact recipe changes from product to product. The rhythm stays the same: choose carefully, make attentively, check everything twice and keep Dougal away from the postage labels.

Smaller runs let us stay close to the process, from the first measure to the final stir.

    Check, Label and Prepare

Every finished item is looked over, labelled and prepared before the Clan seal appears.

  4. Send

    Beyond the Mist

The batch leaves the workshop for its new home, usually by post rather than raven.

A mark with muddy fingerprints

Approved by the Wee Free Men

The seal is not a laboratory certificate, ancient legal document or guarantee from a tiny supernatural council. It is our promise that the product has passed through the Half Baked way of doing things.

In Glen terms, that means the batch was made with attention, checked before it left and judged worthy by characters who are famously difficult to impress.

The name on the jar

Why “Half Baked”?

Because good ideas do not always arrive wearing a tie. Sometimes they wander in through the back door, covered in moss, carrying a wooden spoon and insisting that the sensible route is terribly dull.

Half Baked is our reminder to stay inventive without becoming careless, playful without becoming vague, and handmade without pretending every jar was stirred by moonlight during an eclipse.

Half folklore. Half workshop. Fully ourselves.
